Do you sometimes feel like your smartphone has become the boss of you, versus it actually being a tool for you to use?

I recently happened upon a Medium article, titled “How To Configure Your iPhone To Work for You, Not Against You.” The post is a bit of a lengthy read, but the author recognized this and decided to break it up into three sections, based on how far you wanted to go. The post was from late 2018, so it is fairly up to date for the latest iteration of iOS.

As a bit of a segue then, Anchor recently rolled out an update to their Voice Messages feature, available anywhere on web or mobile. You may have heard about the new feature in an ad read, but basically the feature allows listeners to submit one minute voice messages to podcast creators, by clicking the link below in the notes here. You used to have to download the app, but not anymore!

Anchor does state, "to ensure everyone has a great experience on Anchor, we do not permit anonymously sent Voice Messages — senders will need to sign up or log into an Anchor account in order to send a message, so you can see who it’s coming from."
